Runner. Mother. Wife. I started running to lose weight. I have lost over 50 lbs. I have done 2 half marathons, one full marathon, a duathlon, and two triathlons. Next up? My goal is to be happy. Be healthy. Be active. Challenge myself in ways I never dreamed of until I started this journey. Running is what got me started, but I recently discovered I love biking. Who knows where the road will take me.
